OUR QUALITY POLICY AS A DNA TESTING LABORATORY

Quality policy of the laboratory Neodiagnostica, S.L.U.


In Neodiagnostica, S.L.U., we are aware of the importance of quality and objectivity of the services provided in order to satisfy the needs of our customers. For this reason, we have decided to implement a Quality Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO/IEC 17025 Standard.


On February 22, 2013, the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC) granted Neodiagnostica, S.L.U. the Accreditation Nº1030/LE1946 for the performance of genetic-forensic tests defined in the attached

technical annex
. This accreditation guarantees the technical competence and reliability of results in laboratories performing DNA and genetic identification tests.


Professionalism, client orientation, integrity, enthusiasm, involvement and respect are values that we share and that allow us to fulfill our fundamental objective of resolving, through our analyses, the doubts and questions that our clients may have about their parentage (kinship relationships) and genetic identification.


The Management of Neodiagnostica, S.L.U. is committed to provide the human, material and financial resources necessary to develop and consolidate the Quality System.


The active collaboration of all the members of the company is essential to develop the Quality System. Therefore, all the employees of Neodiagnostica, S.L.U. are at the disposal of our customers, to whom they offer the necessary support during the whole analytical process; which is the principle of our Quality Management System.


Neodiagnostica, S.L.U. complies with Organic Law 15/1999 and Royal Decree 994/1999, which protects the integrity of its customers’ personal information. All personal information collected is integrated into a file kept by the company. Its use is solely for the purpose of making the report of analysis results; in no case there will be transfer of data to third parties. All personnel are committed to maintaining professional secrecy and to act in a totally independent and objective manner.


Our customers may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in accordance with Spanish legislation on data protection. The company also undertakes to keep the administrative and analytical documentation in custody for a minimum period of 5 years.
