C&rsquo;est pourquoi les profils g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques des deux participantes sont compar\u00e9s pour \u00e9valuer s&rsquo;il existe une compatibilit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Si les profils concordent, le r\u00e9sultat est compatible avec le fait qu&rsquo;elles partagent le m\u00eame p\u00e8re biologique. Pour ce faire, l&rsquo;ADN de la m\u00e8re est analys\u00e9, ce qui permet de d\u00e9terminer quelle partie du profil g\u00e9n\u00e9tique de chaque fille provient d&rsquo;elle. <\/p>\n<p>Une fois cette composante maternelle isol\u00e9e, le <strong>chromosome X d&rsquo;origine paternelle<\/strong> peut \u00eatre identifi\u00e9 chez chaque participante.
