Del mismo modo que ocurre con las pruebas de paternidad, este test compara el patr\u00f3n de ADN del ni\u00f1o con el de la presunta madre. De esta forma, puede establecerse el parentesco entre ambos y determinar la probabilidad de la maternidad.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfEn qu\u00e9 casos son necesarios los test de maternidad?<\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Los resultados de las <a href=\"\/producto\/prueba-de-maternidad\/\"><strong>pruebas\u00a0de maternidad<\/strong><\/a> se usan normalmente en los siguientes casos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Confirmar que un <strong>ni\u00f1o adoptado<\/strong> ha sido reunido con su madre biol\u00f3gica.<\/li>\n<li>Investigar si la madre legal es o no la verdadera <strong>madre biol\u00f3gica<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Averiguar si un embri\u00f3n concebido por <strong>Fecundaci\u00f3n In Vitro<\/strong> ha sido implantado en la madre correcta.<\/li>\n<li>Madres extranjeras con permiso de residencia espa\u00f1ola que quieren traer a sus hijos a Espa\u00f1a por el derecho de <strong>Reagrupaci\u00f3n Familiar<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Identificar restos humanos.<\/li>\n<li>Resolver situaciones en las que los padres, familiares o personal del hospital tengan sospechas de que ha habido una <strong>confusi\u00f3n<\/strong> de beb\u00e9s en el <strong>nacimiento<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"justify\">Todas estas circunstancias requieren establecer el parentesco biol\u00f3gico entre dos o m\u00e1s personas a trav\u00e9s de la realizaci\u00f3n de una prueba de maternidad para su resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Si la prueba de ADN de maternidad es solo informativa, es decir, para conocimiento personal, y no hay ninguna intenci\u00f3n de usarla con fines legales, no es necesario que los participantes se identifiquen. Pero s\u00ed deben identificarse cuando se trata de un test de maternidad con validez judicial. Para ello se usa una Cadena de Custodia, un proceso de documentaci\u00f3n que hace que los resultados de las pruebas puedan ser admitidos legalmente por las cortes y otras agencias del gobierno. En este caso, adem\u00e1s, las muestras deben ser tomadas por profesionales que acrediten las identidades de los participantes.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se llevan a cabo las pruebas de ADN para maternidad?<\/h2>\n<p align=\"justify\">Los <b>test de maternidad<\/b> se basan en que toda persona hereda la mitad del componente gen\u00e9tico de cada uno de sus padres, un 50% a trav\u00e9s del \u00f3vulo de la madre y un 50% a trav\u00e9s del espermatozoide del padre. En estas pruebas se analiza el perfil gen\u00e9tico de ambos participantes y se comparan los resultados obtenidos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">La toma de las muestras es completamente indolora, ya que normalmente se aplica un <a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Hisopo_(medicina)\">hisopo<\/a> bucal, algo parecido a un algod\u00f3n, que se frota contra la parte interior de la boca para recoger las c\u00e9lulas de la saliva.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><b>Si existe una total coincidencia, la maternidad est\u00e1 probada<\/b>, estableci\u00e9ndose un \u00edndice de probabilidad en base a las frecuencias poblacionales.
